Desired profile

• Engineering degree in mechanical, microtechnical or deemed equivalent * Good knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement; a Green Belt / Black Belt certification is an asset * Solid experience in a responsibility-holding function within an industrial environment with a strong technical component * Very good knowledge of mechanical processes, manufacturing means and technologies used in precision environments * Good understanding of design, technical development and industrialization activities * Proven experience in leading technical projects and in the improvement of processes, equipment or working methods * Ability to coordinate different technical fields and to ensure their convergence around common priorities * Leadership, sense of organization and ability to mobilize teams in a context of evolution and continuous improvement * Ease in exchanges, ability to work with various interlocutors, sense of organization and concrete approach to problems
