You will join a renowned local law firm as an associate in commercial law.

Reference law firm in Genève, advising a Swiss and international clientele in business law.
Missions
Your responsibilities:
Advise Swiss and international clients in commercial law and corporate law.
Work on merger and acquisition (M&A) operations, restructurings and other complex transactions.
Draft, negotiate and review transactional and corporate documentation.
Assist clients on issues related to real estate, commercial leases and labor law.
Ensure autonomous follow-up of files, while collaborating closely with partners and other teams of the firm.
Candidate Profile
Your profile:
< 3 to 5 years of post-patent experience in commercial law, M&A and corporate law, ideally within a recognized firm.
Proficiency in French and English; German is a real asset.
Strong customer orientation and ease in interactions with various interlocutors.
Ability to work autonomously while fully integrating into a collaborative team.
Excellent analytical and communication skills and practical business sense.
