Reporting to the Finance Department, the Litigation Office is responsible for the recovery of claims for the Ville de Lausanne and the municipal staff pension fund, with the exception of amounts due to the Services industriels and the Office d'impôts. We are looking for a litigation manager to join the team.

Main mission(s)

Ensure the recovery of debtor invoices and penal orders and the administrative management of the processed files

Manage accounting entries and perform monthly and annual closings

Perform cash receipts and disbursements of amounts in cash at the counter

Participate in the security management of the municipal cash desk

Manage their own secretarial work, filing and scanning of documents

Profile

CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training

Additional training in the accounting field

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of litigation or in an administrative function with a financial component

Knowledge of the debt collection procedure

Comfort with numbers and ability to perform accounting controls and research

Great discretion, integrity and sense of confidentiality

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Special conditions

Extract from the Office des poursuites

Occasional availability outside of usual office hours
