For our facility Tertianum Am Spisertor, we are looking for, as of immediately or by arrangement, a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 60-100% in Night Shift Your tasks Holistic care and nursing of the guests in accordance with our nursing mission statement and the nursing process Taking on tasks as a primary caregiver Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach Participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift Your profile Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses A warm and humorous basic attitude Enjoyment of diverse challenges Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
