Your tasks

• Independent setting, running-in, and optimization of our CNC turning machines

Long turning: Star SA, SR and SV
Short turning: Index G200, Index ABC, C100 and C200

• Programming and setting up new parts on GNT and TopSolid
• Monitoring ongoing production and troubleshooting malfunctions
• Ensuring our high quality standards
• Carrying out quality controls • Optimization of CNC programs and manufacturing processes
• Maintenance and care of the machines
• Organization and administration of tools and consumables

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or comparable training
• Experience in setting up CNC turning machines (short or long turning)
• Knowledge of Fanuc and/or Siemens Sinumerik is an advantage
• Quality awareness and precise way of working
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality

Important: For this position, we require practical experience in the independent setting of CNC short or long turning machines. We unfortunately cannot consider applications from candidates without the corresponding experience for this position.
