Lecureux SA develops and realizes automation systems dedicated to assembly and control, mainly intended for the watchmaking and medical industries.

All our products are developed and assembled within our company.

In order to support the development of our activities, we are looking for, immediately or for a date to be agreed upon, a Micromechanic.

Your missions
------------

You will be mainly in charge of the realization and adaptation of the precision tooling necessary for our machines and equipment.

Your main activities will notably be the following:

• Realize fixtures, supports, guides, interfaces and tooling parts intended for our automation machines.
• Manufacture specific tooling and accessories for our products, notably for our screwdrivers and associated equipment.
• Machine precision components on 102 lathes, milling machines and conventional grinders.
• Realize single pieces or small series according to plans, sketches or internal needs.
• Adapt or retouch existing parts during the assembly, adjustment or fine-tuning phases of the machines.
• Perform dimensional and geometric controls of the realized parts.
• Guarantee the quality and precision of the manufactured tooling.
• Collaborate with the mechanical, assembly, project and R&D teams in order to propose practical solutions adapted to needs.
• Participate in the improvement and optimization of existing tooling.

Your profile
------------

You hold a CFC in micromechanics, precision mechanics, polymechanics or an equivalent deemed training.

You have experience in the field of precision machining and the realization of tooling, ideally in an environment related to microtechnology, watchmaking, special machines or automation.

You master conventional machining as well as dimensional and geometric control methods.

You appreciate the realization of single pieces, the adaptation of existing solutions and the search for concrete solutions to problems encountered on the machines.

You are a precise, rigorous, autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented person, while appreciating teamwork.
