In order to strengthen the intensive care service, the HIB nursing management is looking for a: Specialized Clinical Nurse in Intensive Care 80 to 100 % Your mission The intensive care unit has 6 inpatient beds. Its mission is to ensure the management of adult patients from the Broye region suffering from multiple and unstable pathologies. The service works closely with the entire technical platform of the hospital and the institutional multidisciplinary actors. The nursing team is composed of approximately 20 FTE under the supervision of a specialized ICUS. Your responsibilities will be as follows: Exercise a clinical practice part-time directly with patients Evaluate and analyze complex care situations and propose the necessary actions Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of the clinical manager Promote the integration of evidence-based data into clinical practice for the benefit of the quality, safety, and efficiency of care Ensure supportive and empowering clinical supervision to the members of the nursing team Contribute to the development of the team's skills, to the reorganization of the service and accompany change Define and follow clinical performance indicators attributable to nursing care Participate in the implementation of the institutional strategy Stimulate reflection on future projects and innovation in care Your assets You benefit from a Master's in Nursing Sciences and, ideally, a specialization in intensive care; as well as 5 years of experience in the field of hospital care. Being proactive in nature, your technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills allow you to offer quality care. Possessing good communication skills, you have a marked interest in quality of care and multidisciplinary collaboration. You demonstrate interpersonal skills, real clinical leadership, and creativity.
