Production and QEHS Manager 100 % (m/f/d)

For the Swiss branch in St. Gallenkappel with well over 40 employees, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Production and QEHS Manager 100 % (m/f/d) ## Area of responsibility: • Leadership and further development of a team of around 10 employees as well as 2 team leaders • Ensuring an efficient and smooth production process • Operational management and control of daily production activities • Planning and implementation of automation, lean, and optimization projects • Responsibility for the quality, environmental, and safety management systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001) • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement • Active participation in the local management team and co-shaping the site development Requirements: • Basic training as a polymechanic with further training as a technician HF, engineer, or comparable qualification • Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing industrial company • Sound knowledge in production management, lean management, and CIP • Good knowledge of the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 • Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and strength in implementation • Very good German and good English skills You will take on a responsible leadership role with a lot of creative freedom and actively participate in exciting projects in Operational Excellence and automation.
