Mandated by major institutions in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for Educators (ES or HES) M/F to join our team of interim poolists, specialized in the fields of disability (mental and motor), psychiatry, child and adolescent protection. Educator DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION Work in close collaboration with the existing teams to ensure adapted supervision of the individuals concerned Develop and implement educational and social projects aimed at promoting autonomy, personal development and fulfillment of individuals Ensure regular monitoring of progress and difficulties encountered by the accompanied persons, while maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams Additional information Activity rate: variable according to your availability Type of contract: interim missions (with possibility of evolution towards indefinite-term contracts according to needs and structures) Location: canton of Vaud, with missions depending on the specific needs of partner establishments PROFILE EXPECTED Diploma of educator ES or HES or equivalent title with SEFRI recognition required for foreign titles Significant previous experience in educational support for people with disabilities, psychiatric patients or children/adolescents in difficulty Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work autonomously Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team We offer you A personalized welcome, expert advice from recruitment professionals and high-quality individual follow-up.
