What awaits you

• You lead a team of currently 6 specialists and enjoy developing them and being successful together as a team
• Together with the project organization, you direct and coordinate work for the technical platforms of our products
• You contribute your know-how directly to the projects through consulting and reviews
• You optimize processes and contribute new ideas to the Electronics Leadership Team
• You ensure that your team is optimally positioned to support the development of innovative products

What you bring with you

• Good knowledge in electronics development with higher technical education
• Experience in interdisciplinary product development
• Initial leadership experience
• Cooperative leadership style with talent for motivation
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and implementation strength
• Fluent German skills and very good English skills for international cooperation
