Service and Repair Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your new mission:
Management of the Service & Repair department and responsibility for the optimal use of available resources
Coordination and direction of the activities of subordinate employees in order to achieve the objectives set by the head office
Monitoring the application of occupational health and safety directives
Analysis of regional indicators, definition of corresponding measures and evaluation of their implementation
Implementation of own and centralized improvement initiatives
Your ideal qualities:
Technical university degree or business administration degree with additional technical training
Several years of experience in management and sales
Specialized knowledge/experience in the elevator sector is an asset
Good command of the local language, command of other languages is an asset
