What you bring with you: A completed education in finance and accounting, auditing, or business administration, for example a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis), a degree from a FH or university, or a comparable qualification. Several years of sound experience in financial accounting and financial statement preparation. Leadership experience and the joy of leading a small, experienced team in a clear, appreciative, and binding manner. Very good knowledge of general and subsidiary ledgers, account reconciliations, payment transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany reconciliations. Experience with quarterly and annual financial statements, VAT returns, tax topics, and external audits. A strong sense of quality and processes as well as a good understanding of internal controls and traceable processes. Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Abacus, Power Query or Power BI is an advantage.
