(1 position/cms) Your mission As a mental health nurse, your role as a resource person for your future team involves advanced mastery of specific skills: Clinical assessment: Carrying out regular assessments to adapt care to the evolving and complex needs of clients. Interprofessional collaboration: Working in synergy with a multidisciplinary care network to optimize management. Leadership and mentoring: Providing guidance and support to your colleagues, thanks to your role as a mental health resource person, acting as a reference within your team. Planning, coordination and documentation management: Organizing personalized care plans in partnership with clients while keeping client files up to date in accordance with protocols, including OPAS sheets. Your profile You hold a HES diploma as a nurse or a recognized equivalent title, completed by at least two years of experience in adult and/or geriatric psychiatry. A post-graduate diploma in mental health would be a plus. Endowed with autonomy, versatility and a great capacity for listening, you have a marked interest in home care and collaborative work with different disciplines. You have the capacity to adapt easily to various situations, and you excel in communication and negotiation. You possess a driver's license and, ideally, a personal vehicle.
