Front/back office administrative collaborator for the rental service 2026/2027 # Afin de compléter l'effectif de son agence immobilière Imalp Thyon SA pour la saison d'hiver 2026/2027, Télé-Thyon SA recherche : Your missions: • Welcoming clients, check-in and check-out • Management of back & front office • Management and processing of requests from clients and owners by e-mail and telephone • Updating and optimizing the descriptions of our managed real estate properties • Creation, sending and follow-up of rental offers and contracts • Follow-up and preparation of Saturday arrivals • Coordination and administrative follow-up of repairs to be carried out in the managed real estate properties in collaboration with the technical manager Your profile: • Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee, higher education or training in the tourism sector • Proficiency in French as well as German or English (oral and written) • Perfect mastery of standard IT tools (Citi program is a real asset) • Interpersonal skills, sense of priorities and customer orientation • Dynamic, flexible and proactive personality • Willing to work irregular hours, particularly on Saturdays • Developed team spirit • Interest in the mountains and winter sports Start of service: Winter 2026/2027 General questions regarding recruitment?
