Do you have experience in fire protection and wish to contribute actively to the safety of buildings in Winterthur? Do you appreciate an autonomous way of working within a small, dynamic team with close exchange? Then become a member of the fire police of the city of Winterthur.

Your tasks ##

• Implementation and ensuring compliance with fire protection regulations
• Advising clients, planners, and users on all matters of fire safety
• Examination of building applications and definition of necessary fire protection measures
• Monitoring the correct implementation of fire protection requirements
• Participation in digital transformation (e.g., introduction of document management, digitization of archives, adaptation of databases)

Your profile ##

• Completed training in the construction sector with several years of professional experience
• Experience in fire protection, ideally with VKF certification as a fire protection specialist or expert
• Good ability to assimilate, technical understanding, and a solution-oriented approach
• Confident and competent attitude as well as strong oral and written communication skills
• Solid ICT knowledge and openness to innovative developments
