Agroos Personal AG is continuously looking for qualified and reliable candidates for the medical, construction, and commercial sectors. Currently, we are looking for a Timber Construction Foreman 100% for our client.

Your tasks:

• Independent work in all areas of timber construction
• Measurements and reports
• possibly apprentice supervision
• Leadership and deployment planning of the timber construction team on the construction site
• Organization and coordination of daily workflows
• Allocation and instruction of employees
• Material ordering and checking of deliveries
• Documentation of construction progress and feedback to the project management
• Assistance with demanding timber construction work

Your profile:

• Training/further education as a Timber Construction Foreman or many years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Independent working style and leadership skills
• communicative and sociable
• Several years of practical experience on construction sites in timber construction
• Good specialist knowledge in timber construction and confident handling of construction plans
• Driver's license category B
• Assertiveness as well as solution-oriented thinking
