• Independent management of a varied real estate portfolio
• Competent contact person for owners, tenants, caretakers and tradespeople
• Organization and accompaniment of apartment handovers and acceptances
• Coordination of maintenance, renovation and refurbishment work
• Creation of rental agreements as well as processing of the entire tenancy
• Budget planning as well as collaboration on heating and service charge settlements
• Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer care

What you bring with you

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Property Manager
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Profound knowledge in the independent management of a real estate portfolio
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in customer contact and a confident appearance
• Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
• Driving license category B is an advantage
