System Technician 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

What you achieve

• You provide telephone support for our service technicians during installations, commissioning and repairs.
• You analyze and resolve faults in alarm transmission devices, control centers and the alarm transmission platform.
• You are the contact person for internal and external partners as well as suppliers.
• You independently carry out tests on alarm transmission devices.
• You support the execution of tests on the entire alarm transmission infrastructure.
• You create and maintain technical documentation and manuals.
• You conduct training, actively participate in projects and contribute your expertise.

What you bring with you

• With your basic training in the IT or electrical industry, you bring the ideal foundation.
• Further training as a Techniker HF in telematics, informatics or communication technology or a comparable further training is an advantage.
• You have professional experience in the field of communication networks and in the areas of service, repair, commissioning and technical support.
• Your native language is German or French with very good knowledge of the other language respectively.
