April 2026 or by arrangement, a Head of Administration / HR 80% Administration Employee 40-60% Your tasks Admin, HR & Team Leadership: Management of the administration and HR area as well as technical and human leadership of the colleague in administration. Responsibility for HR processes, personnel topics and appreciative cooperation. Finance & Billing: Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as complex resident billing (invoicing). Careful, reliable and confident, even with high complexity. Reception & Organization: Professional management of the reception as the first point of contact for residents and relatives. Relief for management through organization, information control and correspondence. What you bring with you Education & Expertise: Commercial basic training as well as experience or further training in HR. Personality & Attitude: Well-groomed appearance, networked thinking, solution-oriented action. Independent, careful and with genuine joy in dealing with (elderly) people. Competencies & Experience: Confident handling of MS Office and IT systems. Ideally leadership experience and experience in the health or long-term care sector.
