Finance Manager (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Finance Manager (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will guarantee the reliability, compliance and clarity of financial information, by ensuring rigorous and structured management of the accounting.
• You will prepare and present to the management and department heads a clear, structured and action-oriented monthly report.
• You will ensure efficient treasury management and ensure regular monitoring of financial flows.
• You will manage payroll and guarantee compliance with applicable accounting, tax and social obligations.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a specialist in finance and accounting or a HES Bachelor's degree in accounting / management; a federal diploma of expert in finance and controlling is an asset, but not an eliminating criterion. Solid experience can compensate for the absence of a formal title.
• You have 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position, ideally as an accounting manager, chief accountant or finance manager, with experience in an SME, preferably in construction, finishing trades or a technical sector.
• You master Swiss general accounting according to the CO as well as VAT, and have solid practice with payroll software and ERPs. Experience in the migration or implementation of an ERP is an asset.
• You are very comfortable with digital tools and have a good ability to produce structured reporting, including dashboards, indicators and comments. Knowledge of analytical accounting by project / construction site is also appreciated.
• You are an autonomous, rigorous and organized person, capable of managing priorities without constant supervision. You have excellent communication skills and know how to make financial information clear and accessible to non-financial interlocutors.
• You appreciate operational environments and are comfortable in a senior execution role. Proactive, you are a source of proposals and have a real spirit of continuous improvement.
• You demonstrate great discretion and a marked sense of confidentiality, especially in the management of financial and salary data.
• You are fluent in French; any other language is an asset.
