Ittigen, Schweiz (and Homeoffice) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Lead Sachplan procedures for transmission lines as well as plan approval procedures and expropriation procedures for electrical installations, predominantly in German and, if possible, in French • Conduct objection hearings • Draft statements, decrees, and decisions • Prepare legislation • Process inquiries and parliamentary motions <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in law (Master's level), preferably with a bar admission (Anwaltspatent) • Professional experience in a court, in the legal profession, or in administration, in-depth knowledge of administrative law • High degree of personal responsibility, goal- and result orientation, editorial and negotiation skills as well as assertiveness • Good active knowledge in two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a nutshell You manage central approval procedures for Switzerland's energy infrastructure at the interface of law, environment, and spatial planning.
