What you will do

• You ensure the effectiveness of our quality management system and continuously develop it further.
• You live a strong service provider mentality and convince through appreciative, lateral leadership, also in the role of Safety Officer and Hygiene Officer.
• You plan, coordinate, and accompany internal as well as external audits (according to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 as well as the Ökotex/Step certification) and support the implementation of the resulting measures.
• You assess risks along the process chain (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
• You analyze errors, deviations, and complaints and support the specialist departments in developing sustainable solutions for non-conformities.
• You define, analyze, and further develop quality KPIs and create meaningful management reports.
• You promote continuous improvement processes and contribute to the sustainable optimization of our workflows.
• You develop training materials, conduct training, and ensure the corresponding documentation.
• You regularly review processes and work instructions for up-to-dateness, efficiency, and effectiveness.

What you bring with you

• Technical, scientific, or commercial basic training with further education in quality management.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in quality or process management, ideally in an industrial or regulated environment.
• Experience in conducting and accompanying audits, certifications, and inspections.
• Knowledge in the establishment, maintenance, and further development of quality management systems.
• Strong process understanding as well as enjoyment in the analysis and optimization of workflows with experience in process modeling.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written.
• Additional qualifications in the field of quality management, occupational safety, or auditing are a plus.
• You think analytically and in networks.
• You bring people together and win them over for quality and improvement topics.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You find the right balance between quality, pragmatism, and efficiency.
• You approach challenges with curiosity and actively drive changes forward.
