About the position – Your entry into gardening: You like to work in the fresh air, are physically fit and looking for an uncomplicated job with a future? For a great company from the green care and gardening industry in Central Switzerland, we are looking for motivated employees. With us, you don't need a diploma or years of experience. If you are motivated and can get involved, we would be happy to train you! Your main tasks: -Green care: Assistance with maintenance and upkeep work on beautiful green spaces and garden facilities. -Planting: Support for the team in simple planting and design work outdoors. -All-rounder tasks: General helper work in garden and landscape construction. -Machine operation: Safe operation of gardening tools and small machines (under precise instruction). What you bring: We are not looking for perfect resumes, but reliable team players. You fit in with us if you bring the following: -Background: First experience in gardening or agriculture is an advantage, but absolutely no obligation. Motivated career changers and all-rounders who like to work physically are welcome! -Language skills: Your German doesn't have to be perfect. Simple German language skills (to understand instructions) are completely sufficient. Italian or Portuguese language skills on the construction site are helpful for good communication on the construction site. -Fitness & Mindset: You enjoy working outdoors (in any weather), are reliable, punctual and like to work in a team. -Mobility: A category B driver's license is an advantage, but not a must, as long as you can get to the meeting point independently.
