Every day, we prepare high-quality food in our kitchen with a lot of love and thus enthuse our guests. Participate in the history of our success! Your responsibilities: ## • Throughout the buffet, you ensure a high level of quality as well as an attractive presentation of the offering and inform our guests about our products. • You will know how to enthuse our guests with our fresh and tasty dishes. • Operational responsibility of the kitchen during your service • Professional leadership and support of 4 to 6 collaborators during the work shift • Coaching and participation in the development of production collaborators • Active participation in the kitchen • Implementation and control of quality and hygiene regulations What you are: ## A motivated, quality-conscious, and conscientious personality. You have a recognized professional training in cooking as well as a minimum of three years of leadership experience in a similar function. Your passion is cooking and you like to take on daily challenges with your team.
