Do you want to shape HR where something is being moved every day? As an HR Business Partner, you are the contact person for our department and team leaders as well as employees in the assigned area. You actively help shape the development of our new HR Business Partner model and are close to operations, advise at eye level, and support our managers in all HR topics – pragmatically, solution-oriented, and with a good sense for the operational business. Your tasks • You support and advise managers and employees in your area • You design and accompany recruitment processes for specialist and management personnel as well as the entry and exit phases of employees • You support managers in the qualification, development, and promotion of their employees and accompany employee appraisals • You are the contact person for labor law issues, time/absence management, and occupational health management • You accompany managers during personnel challenges, conflicts, and change processes • You develop measures for employee retention and strengthen a modern leadership culture What you bring with you: • Further training in HR (e.g., HR-Fachausweis) and several years of experience as an HR Business Partner • Experience in an operational environment – ideally transport, logistics, or industry • Joy in developing pragmatic solutions with managers and employees • Sound knowledge of labor law as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working • Sovereignty, organizational skills, and absolute discretion • Enjoyment of teamwork and daily contact with a wide variety of people • Positive, dynamic, and empathetic personality and sparring partner with a hands-on mentality Your advantages with us: • Future-oriented family business • Diverse employee discounts • Discounted fitness subscription (Fitpass) • Free parking
