In this key role, you accompany our clients competently throughout the marketing process until successful conclusion. You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and appreciate a professional and collegial environment.

New construction real estate advisor 80-100 % (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

Support in the acquisition of new construction mandates (offers, presentation of offers, project evaluations, and estimation of sale/rental prices)

Advice and support for our principals and potential buyers throughout the entire marketing process

Development and implementation of marketing strategies and concepts

Sale of new construction projects in all Walde market areas

Planning and conducting advisory interviews and viewings

Responsibility for the implementation of marketing measures defined within the budget

Presentation of projects to banks

Drafting of purchase contracts in collaboration with notaries

Participation in the preparation of legal documents

Maintenance and documentation of all activities in the CRM

Your profile:

Experience in real estate sales with a demanding clientele

In-depth knowledge in the sale of new construction projects

Experience in customer service and key account management

Basic commercial training with continuing education in the real estate sector

Confident and engaging appearance as well as great communication ease

Team spirit, innovative, and open to new approaches

Joy in building and maintaining a solid network

Perfect command of German as well as good knowledge of English

Category B driver's license
