Your tasks – Medical excellence and strategic leadership

• General practitioner care of patients with acute and chronic illnesses
• Diagnostics, therapy, and prevention at the highest level
• Strategic management and economic control of the practice location
• Development and implementation of innovative treatment concepts as well as practice organization
• Leadership and promotion of an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nursing, and practice staff
• Ensuring and further developing of medical quality standards
• Representation of the practice in the health network and towards external partners

Your profile – Leadership personality with medical expertise

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent)
• Experience in general practitioner care and ideally in a leadership function
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in the strategic further development of a medical facility
• Ability to lead, motivate a team, and make practice-oriented decisions
• Strong communication skills and high social competence for cooperative work based on trust
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
