These are the tasks ##

• Operative procurement and processing of the ordering system
• Obtaining and comparing offers as well as conducting price negotiations
• Monitoring delivery dates and checking invoices
• Processing complaints as well as maintaining supplier relationships
• Maintenance, administration and evaluation of master data and contracts in SAP
• Supporting internal specialist departments

This is what we desire ##

• Completed commercial or technical basic training with further training in purchasing (e.g. eidg. FA or HF)
• Professional experience in purchasing as well as negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Good English skills in spoken and written
• Good SAP and MS-Office skills
• Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working with strong communication skills
