Your tasks

• Creation of fee agreements with specialist planners and specialists
• Phase- and deadline-oriented planning coordination of all project participants
• Timely facilitation and documentation of required approvals and decisions from internal and external project participants
• Planning of the planning: Creation and updating of the planning and submission schedule; defining and coordinating phase closures, submission packages, and milestones with the planning team as well as ensuring timely plan delivery
• Quality assurance of the planning process regarding compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality as well as identification and minimization of project risks
• Control and approval of all documents from specialist planners regarding completeness, feasibility, and compliance with standards
• Target-actual control of the TU/GU contract bases with the concrete project planning status
• Ensuring the legally binding building permit including all necessary clarifications with authorities and specialist offices
• Coordinating the planning implementation and timely fulfillment of the requirements from the building permit
• Leading and minuting planning and client meetings
• Implementation and management of the document platform
• Creation and updating of a phase-appropriate construction description

Your profile

• Training as an architect ETH/FH
• Experience in timber construction
• Further training as MAS Real Estate Management or similar
• Experience in project and execution planning
• Solid knowledge of CAD, Desktop Publishing, MS Office-Suite
• Economic thinking and entrepreneurial action
• High level of commitment
