The Résidences Prendre Soin et Accompagner (RPSA) are closely linked to the Caisse de prévoyance professionnelle de l-Etat de Genève (CPEG) since it is their shareholder and real estate owner. Through a private law foundation and a limited liability company (Sàrl), both non-profit, RPSA's mission is to operate buildings for elderly people and offer services there adapted to their level of autonomy and their security needs.

In order to complete our teams, we are recruiting a:

Catering Employee - CDI - Class 5

Mission description:

• Ensure breakfast service in the dining room according to basic table service techniques.
• Ensure meal service (lunch and dinner) in the dining room according to basic table service techniques.
• Ensure service at the cafeteria according to basic service techniques.
• Respect hygiene measures and action protocols in force in the Institution.
• Demonstrate respect, listening, and empathy without judgment towards the Resident and their family.
• Create and promote a good working climate within their team and the Institution in general.
• Demonstrate flexibility and mutual aid within their team and the Institution in general.
• Be able to adapt and evolve.
• Welcome, accompany, and integrate auxiliary staff.

Profile sought:

• AFP catering employee is an asset;
• 5 years of practical experience, ideally in the field of elderly people;
• Spoken and written French language;
• Knowledge of basic hygiene in a hospital environment desired;
• Sense of respect with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Spirit of initiative, autonomy, good management of priorities, and irreproachable presentation;
• Reliable person with a strong team spirit;
• Having already worked in the field of health and/or the Genevan cantonal administration is an asset.
