The contribution you can make

• Collaborate on the design and implementation of operational conduct tools for portfolio management
• Contribute to the introduction of the two methods Lean Portfolio Management and Lean Budgeting in process design and interfaces and develop the necessary documentation
• Contribute to improving as well as automating end-to-end data quality through data acquisition and processing as well as reporting
• Collaborate in the planning, preparation, and execution of activities in specialist conduct and help to develop them further
• Develop documents and conduct training, workshops, and support offers compliant with the needs in the two areas of Lean Portfolio Management and Lean Budget
• Take advantage of the opportunity to independently ideate and implement projects (e.g., feedback loops, agile working and study methods, and resource management)

What distinguishes you

• University degree in computer science or in business administration, cybersecurity
• Autonomous way of working and creative and innovative reasoning

• Interest and openness towards agile working methods (particularly in IT)
• Any military experience (as a militia soldier) in recruit school or as a soldier on continuous service constitutes an advantage
