WHAT YOU WILL DO: ####

• Guarantee the reliability, integrity, and compliance of the company's financial information
• Supervise all accounting activities and ensure the smooth running of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Manage treasury and liquidity by ensuring the monitoring of cash flows, financing, and banking relationships
• Ensure the effectiveness of the internal control system and financial risk management
• Lead relations with external auditors, the annual closing, and the preparation of the annual report
• Supervise, develop, and support a small team
• Lead transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects for financial processes
• Collaborate with the different functions of the company to support the growth and performance of the organization
• Guarantee compliance with regulations, Group directives, and financial best practices

WHAT YOU BRING: ####

• Federal diploma in finance and accounting or Chartered Accountant degree
• 10 to 15 years of professional experience in financial and accounting functions, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams
• Strong orientation towards ERP systems and digitalization of financial processes; knowledge of Infor or an equivalent ERP is an asset
• Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects
• Solid skills in internal control, financial governance, and risk management
• Mastery of French and ability to work in a bilingual French-German environment
• Natural leadership, excellent organizational skills, and strong results orientation
