To strengthen the nursing expertise, we are looking for a committed personality as a Nursing Expert / Nursing Expert Neurology (MSc/PhD) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Professional leadership and further development of the 40-person nursing team
• Ensuring evidence-based and patient-centered nursing in neurology
• Coaching and supporting employees in professional development
• Advising the team in complex nursing situations at the patient's bedside
• Representing nursing in interprofessional case discussions and committees
• Further development of specialty-specific treatment pathways and nursing standards
• Participation in department-wide and institution-wide projects and quality initiatives
• Regular professional exchange with nursing experts from other departments

Your profile

• Completed MSc or PhD in the nursing field required
• Several years of professional experience as a nursing expert with specialist competence
• Leadership experience and pronounced competencies in team leadership
• Communicative, integrative personality with pedagogical skills
• High social competence and ability for self-reflection
• Resilience, assertiveness, and loyalty in everyday work
• Teamwork skills and pronounced customer orientation
