Service Desk Specialist – 100 %
You will be the first point of contact for our employees, ensuring they have the tools and support necessary to work efficiently and securely. Your role will be essential to guarantee a smooth and productive IT environment, in close collaboration with other IT teams.
Your missions
Provide technical assistance to users (in person, by phone, e-mail, or via our ticketing tool).
Manage incidents and requests in accordance with our internal procedures (registration, follow-up, processing, closure).
Manage access to Salt's internal applications and systems.
Perform an initial diagnosis of technical problems and provide a solution whenever possible.
Escalate complex incidents to levels 2/3 or to vendor teams if necessary.
Identify critical and urgent situations, alert quickly, and advise users on the actions to be taken.
Follow up on ongoing incidents and ensure clear reporting.
Identify recurring problems and inform management.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and user satisfaction.
Update technical documentation and the knowledge base.
What you bring
At least 2 years of experience within a Service Desk in a hybrid environment
Proficiency in common IT environments (Microsoft, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory and user access management, ticketing tools, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and sense of service
Team spirit and resolution skills, rigor and proactivity
Ability to manage peak activity and ability to prioritize
Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written; German would be a real asset
