Establish lasting relationships with customers and ensure an excellent atmosphere in the store. Assist customers with issues relating to repairs and assistance, acting professionally and solution-oriented. You will be responsible for warehouse and inventory management and will efficiently carry out administrative tasks. You will live and represent the values of Sunrise: innovation, customer proximity and excellent service. YOUR SKILLS: You have completed training in the retail sector, ideally with experience in the telecommunications or multimedia sector, or you are a motivated candidate from another sector with a sales aptitude. You are enthusiastic about technology, telecommunications and digital trends. Your passion for sales is palpable and your professional attitude makes you a true sales professional. You like working with people and are able to quickly identify their needs. Thanks to your patience and your technical knowledge, you will become a daily hero for our customers. You have excellent knowledge of Italian, any other language is a plus. You have great flexibility, reliability and an open mind for a rapidly evolving sector.
