Farm Team Leader (90%)

You like working with people and you also feel comfortable outdoors in agriculture. As a reliable and empathetic person, you lead specialists in the two areas of "stable" and "arable farming" of our certified organic farm. And you support employees with guidance in daily work. In doing so, behind the scenes and in the field, you contribute essentially so that we can offer this diverse workplace, adapted to their needs.
