Material Logistics Project Manager - railway infrastructure

You steer the strategy and execution of material logistics for a railway infrastructure project, from extraction to recovery or disposal channels.

Tasks

• Steer the strategy and execution of the project's material logistics
• Define environmental and social objectives related to sustainability and monitor indicators
• Guarantee safety, quality, deadlines, and costs across all SIA phases
• Integrate logistics into the general construction schedule
• Conduct the tendering process for material management according to the LMP/OMP
• Steer internal specialists and external contractors and guarantee the quality of deliverables
• Represent the project in committees and develop collaborations with the OFT, the canton, and the municipalities

Profile

• Higher technical education (HES, EPF, university) in a field related to construction, for example civil engineering
• Proven experience in managing complex and multidisciplinary projects, from 5-6 years
• Experience in planning material management platforms and in logistics, a major asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously on long-term projects
• Fluent French (minimum C1), good knowledge of German (from B1) an asset
