Ittigen and Bern (and home office) | 100-100% Your contribution <br /> • Design, develop and direct a competence center for web communication and audiovisual production • Guarantee services to the seven Federal Offices and the General Secretariat, managing resources based on needs • Develop and implement strategies, plans and standards for the web and audiovisual production in digital communication • Represent the Department within cross-sectoral bodies, collaborating with the communication managers of the Offices • Promote innovation, particularly in the field of the use of artificial intelligence in communication • Value the potential of employees, creating a shared culture of quality <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree or degree from a university of applied sciences in digital media or audiovisuals, multimedia, communication or equivalent training • Proven managerial experience, ideally in development or transformation projects • Solid knowledge of digital communication: web communication, content management systems (CMS), social media and audiovisual production • Experience in managing various stakeholder groups, sometimes with conflicting interests • Experience in supporting and communicating change processes • Experience in developing or managing units that provide cross-cutting services (constitutes a preferential qualification) • Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In summary You will participate from the beginning in the development of a departmental center for digital communication, contributing to defining its orientation.
