With your team, you ensure the safe, economical, and sustainable operation of the new building of the Campus Dreispitz Bâle of the Haute école spécialisée de Suisse du Nord-Ouest. • Technical and personnel management of the Facility Management team as well as promotion of a modern leadership culture • Overall responsibility for the technical and infrastructural operation of the buildings as well as guaranteeing the operational availability of all buildings and installations • Planning and management of maintenance, repair, renovation, and investment measures • Responsibility for budget planning as well as the economic management of the Facility Management • Implementation of the strategic orientation of the Facility Management and management of optimization and digitization projects • Management and coordination of external service providers and suppliers as well as guaranteeing a high quality of service • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, fire protection, and environmental protection as well as participation in the on-call service Your profile: ### • Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (EPS) or equivalent continuing education in Facility Management, building management, building technology, or a related field • Several years of professional and management experience in Facility Management or building operation • In-depth knowledge in technical and infrastructural building management • Good knowledge of relevant legal requirements and standards in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, fire protection, and building operation • Marked skills in leadership, communication, and negotiation as well as a confident presence • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong sense of service and customer orientation • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications as well as ideal experience with CAFM systems Your perspectives: ### The combination of teaching, research, and practice is our passion.
