In the Wohn- und Pflegezentren Sihlsana AG in Adliswil, we care for 129 elderly residents with light to heavy care needs and offer them an age-appropriate form of living with individually coordinated nursing and care services.
We understand "learning and training" as an investment in the future. For this purpose, we are reorganizing the education department with full-time vocational trainers and attach the highest importance to the quality of training.
Your tasks:
As a full-time vocational trainer, you are responsible for the learning processes, the achievement of individual goals, as well as for the administrative and planning tasks of several learners/students.
In so-called learning and working communities (LAG), learners/students from different training phases and programs jointly care for the residents assigned to them based on the Cognitive Apprenticeship model.
You participate in the development and implementation of educational goals and take part in internal company meetings as well as external educational events.
Your profile:
You are FaGe or HF/FH Nursing and bring experience from a similar working environment.
You love your profession, enjoy promoting young talent, like working in a team, and are dedicated with pleasure to the development of long-term care.
