Proactive development and expansion as well as sustainable maintenance of a strong network with (Swiss) credit institutions and in particular alternative capital providers Independent and structured preparation, control and provision of object and loan documents Well-founded procurement and careful analysis of financing indications and term sheets Goal-oriented negotiation management and active control of demanding financing discussions Precise preparation of meaningful internal decision templates and calculations Transparent and traceable documentation of the entire financing process Creation of clearly structured and convincing financing memoranda Reliable monitoring as well as efficient coordination of reporting obligations and account management Central interface function with close coordination between internal and external stakeholders Successfully completed degree in business administration, finance, real estate economics or a comparable course of study Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge in the structuring and negotiation of real estate financings in the DACH region, in particular in Switzerland.
