Kitchen After-Sales Service Collaborator in Crissier (80-100 %)

Your tasks

• Advise our customers regarding the replacement of household appliances
• Identify existing appliances and propose suitable replacement solutions
• Coordinate measurements with external providers when the situation requires it
• Verify the technical feasibility of the installation and compatibility with the existing layout
• Propose solutions in case of kitchen adaptation or modification
• Process tenders and requests from our customers
• Prepare, transmit, and follow up on offers
• Manage customer orders from receipt to completion
• Order appliances and necessary material from suppliers
• Ensure coordination with suppliers, installers, and other providers
• Plan and monitor works until their completion
• Guarantee professional and efficient customer follow-up throughout the process

Your profile

• Experience in the field of household appliances, after-sales service, kitchens, or a comparable technical field
• Very good knowledge of major household appliances and their installation constraints
• Knowledge in kitchen layout and renovation
• Ability to analyze a technical situation and propose a suitable solution
• Sense of service and strong customer orientation
• Ease in contact with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Autonomous, organized, and reliable working method
• Good command of IT tools
