For our corporate client - an established player in real estate management in the region - we are looking for an experienced and committed personality who would like to contribute to the further success of the company.

Tasks ###

• Managing an own client portfolio with commercial real estate
• Contact with tenants/ craftsmen/ authorities and suppliers
• Carrying out property handovers/ handovers/ viewings
• Conducting negotiations
• Creating lease agreements and rent adjustments
• Accompanying the budget process for renovation projects

Requirements ###

• Completed commercial basic training
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Property Management mandatory
• several years of professional experience in the management of commercial real estate mandatory

IT ###

MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - good user knowledge

Languages ###

German: native language
English: m+s good knowledge
