As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will support people with cognitive and functional impairments in a care institution in the Steffisburg area with professional competence, patience, and genuine humanity in everyday life. You will take responsibility for individual care and support, create security and quality of life for the residents, and actively contribute your experience to a committed team that values respectful cooperation, co-determination, and personal development. The position is available immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 60 to 100%.
