Your profile

• You have successfully completed training as a Construction Manager, Technician HF Hochbau, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of construction management experience with diverse and demanding projects in structural engineering
• Independent way of working, assertiveness, team player

Your challenges

• Holistic supervision of demanding GU/TU buildings up to turnkey handover
• Responsibility for the local construction management
• Responsible for the organization of the construction sequence and scheduling
• Support during the procurement process
• As a contact person, you are available to external and internal customers, architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors, and tradespeople
