Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau / Aktivierungsfachmann HF 40 - 60 %

Your tasks

• Independent planning, organizing, and conducting of resource-oriented activation and everyday activity design in group or individual activities in close cooperation with the nursing department
• Willingness to work evenings and on weekends during events
• Planning and execution of excursions and events
• Supporting and promoting interdisciplinary cooperation in all areas
• Designing and being responsible for the seasonal decoration in the house
• Support for future HF students
• Ensuring musical offers for our guests

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau/Aktivierungsfachmann HF
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Experience in long-term psychiatry or psychiatric rehabilitation in old age
• Organizational talent and outgoing
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Musical flair and mastery of a musical instrument (ideally piano and/or guitar)
