Your versatile daily work: You work on the further development of renovero at the interface of Product Management, New Business and Customer Experience You manage our feedback channels on both market sides, listen closely and derive optimization potential from them You bring concepts, requirement briefings and tickets for new features, process optimizations and needs analyses on the way You carry out market, competitor and KPI analyses that serve as a basis for strategic decisions You support the Customer Care team with more complex concerns from craftsmen and clients and help to ensure the quality of the support processes You participate in AI and automation topics that make us more efficient and better You impress us with: an independent, structured and proactive way of working fluent German and English skills an analytical and solution-oriented mind that likes to look behind the numbers genuine interest in digital platforms, marketplaces, Product Management, Business Development and AI a hands-on mentality, high self-motivation and the desire to take on responsibility joy in getting to know new tools, improving processes and working with very different stakeholders a degree or training in BWL, Marketing, Communication, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business or similar What we offer you: A comprehensive 12-month internship (100% workload) Insights into all areas of the digital SaaS and service business Direct cooperation with various, experienced stakeholders and Business Units Flexible working hours incl. 2 days of Home-Office A modern office in a central location in Zürich A dynamic and innovative working environment Valuable practical experience for your career start Contact & Application Further information about localsearch as an employer can be found here.
