Your tasks:

• Telephone advice for insured persons and interested parties in German (Inbound)
• Providing information on various questions from all contact persons via telephone, chat & e-mail
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Constant monitoring of open pending tasks
• Any administrative as well as coordinative activities

What you bring with you:

• Experience in customer advice and direct customer contact
• Commercial training or training/experience in customer service an advantage
• Career changers are welcome, provided experience in customer advice is present
• Confident German in speaking & writing, other languages an advantage
• High customer and service orientation
• Completed VBV further training in the insurance industry to advantagel *
• Strong communication skills
• Joy in telephone customer contact
