We are a leading contract packager as well as a manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions for medical technology and pharmaceutical products. To strengthen our team in Fehraltorf, we are looking for a: Packaging Development Engineer (a, 100%) At Früh Verpackungstechnik, we develop complex and customized packaging solutions that are used worldwide in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries. From conception through validation and qualification to planning, production, and delivery, we meet the highest requirements – for the safety and quality of the products we package. Together with our customers, we repeatedly create new possibilities to further optimize the protection of medical, pharmaceutical, and other high-quality products. To strengthen our Engineering Team in the Flexible area in Fehraltorf, we are looking for a: Your activities with us: Development of packaging solutions from the quotation phase to the handover to serial production Technical management of customer projects in close cooperation with the customer as well as internal departments, such as production, sales, laboratory, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs Central contact person for your assigned customer base for technical questions throughout the entire product life cycle Planning and implementation of process validations as well as operational or performance qualifications of the manufacturing processes (printing, laminating, slitting, sealing, pouch manufacturing) Evaluation and introduction of new materials, technologies, and processes for the further development of our packaging solutions Support for the production and quality departments in optimization projects, customer complaints, and other technical issues Support in the further development of quality management according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 What you bring with you: Higher technical or scientific education (e.g., mechanical engineering, materials science, plastics, packaging, or process engineering) Good knowledge of packaging materials, packaging technologies, and manufacturing processes, preferably in medical technology or in a regulated environment with an understanding of risk management and technical documentation Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and regulatory requirements of our product markets (e.g., MDR, FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 11607, Ph.
