To strengthen our teams, we are looking for SOCIAL EDUCATORS (M/F) in CDI between 60% and 90% Your missions and responsibilities: Accompany residents according to their specific needs and lifestyle habits Implement and monitor individualized projects for beneficiaries Participate in maintaining team dynamics within the framework of multidisciplinary work. Your ideal profile: Diploma as an educator from a recognized social school or holder of a CFC as ASE with desired professional experience in the field of autism or intellectual disability Ease in interactions with residents and proven skills in managing individualized projects Ability to rigorously apply support concepts Organizational skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
